What should you pack in your hand luggage (Female)

Good evening my trusty readers,

I hope your all well. Tonight I thought I would touch on an very important subject... What you should take in your hand luggage. Don't worry I know it's not a super important subject but it can feel like it is when your in Germany and have a migraine and the chemist doesn't sell panadol and only sells a strange brand that you have never heard of. So here it is my top tips to put in your carry on luggage.

- Panadol

- Eye mask and ear plugs (these can save your life especially when your on a long flight with screaming babies and you just want to sleep)

- Refresher wipes (these are so good when your in transit and you don't have time for a shower. A quick wipe over and you will feel refreshed)

- Hand sanitizer 

- A small pouch of tissues

- Hair tie and small hair brush

- A tooth brush and a travel tooth paste

- A change of clothes and spare pair of underwear

- A plastic bag (to put your dirty clothes in once you have a shower)

- A small soap and a small travel dry towel (Most airports have free showers that you can use. The dry towel helps you can wipe your self and pop the towel back in the bag and not get everything else wet)

- A pair of socks (flights can get quite chilly and a pair of comfortable socks can make all the difference)

- A jacket (flights get cold)

- Headphones ****noise cancelling are better*** (you can uses these to listen to music or use the on board flight entertainment system)

- something to do (book, magazines, a lonely planet book on your destination or a

puzzle book)

- A waterbottle (I buy this after I go through customs)

- Snacks (On a 14 hour flights you only get feed twice once at the beginning and the end. It's great to have something to snack on to get through the flight. I always buy my snacks in duty free before a flight)

- A watch (I wear it on the plane and set it to the time of the destination. This helps you to work out when you should snooze to try and not be jetlagged by the time you arrive)

- A neck pillow. (I like to use it as a pillow to lean up against that window and sleep)
